Monocyte cytotoxicity in clinical exacerbation and remission of atopic dermatitis

Six adult patients with severe atopic dermatitis were followed up for an average time of 9 months, through periods of clinical exacerbation and remission. Sequential studies of monocyte function measured as antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity showed depressed function which did not normalize during clinical remission.Downloads
