A variety of grafting procedures using autologous melanocytes have achieved promising results in the treatment of vitiligo. We here report on the preparation of an adequate graft recipient bed by pulsed Erbium-YAG laser skin ablation. In particular;for irregular lesions on delicate sites;which cannot be approached by utilization of suction blisters or dermabrasion;this technique may offer a distinct advantage.Downloads
