Lichenoid eruption induced by low dose captopril.

A patient with congestive cardiac failure developed a rash following captopril treatment. The clinical and histological features were consistent with a lichenoid eruption. The rash spontaneously resolved without any treatment three months after captopril was discontinued.Downloads
