A 50-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of eczema. Using study of T-cell receptor gene rearrangement on skin biopsies, a diagnosis of mycosis fungoides was made, then confirmed by evolution. This observation provides the opportunity to discuss the usefulness of molecular biology for the early diagnosis of mycosis fungoides.Downloads
