In a patient affected with acrodermatitis continua Hallopeau, acitretin (Ro 10-1670) monotherapy resulted in a complete clearance of pustulation at a dosage of 45 mg per day. At this dosage the leukotriene B4-induced intraepidermal accumulation of polymorphonuclear leukocytes was markedly inhibited.Downloads
