The major symptoms of Lawrence-Seip syndrome or generalized lipodystrophy consist of muscle hypertrophy, loss of subcutaneous fat, hyperlipaemia, diabetes mellitus and acanthosis nigricans. We have successfully treated acanthosis nigricans in a patient with Lawrence-Seip syndrome.Downloads
