Cholinergic urticaria shows neutrophilic inflammation

Three patients with cholinergic urticaria were studied by biopsy and neutrophilic urticaria was observed in two. Direct immunofluorescence was negative in 1 patient, and monoclonal antibody studies identified a large population of OKM-1 antibody positive cells.Downloads
