Heparin administration to 34 patients with pemphigus vulgaris before the beginning of steroid treatment or in combination with it proved to be therapeutically useful. Its suppressive effect on T- and B-lymphocytes in vitro and in vivo was revealed in the examined patients by the test of rosette-formation.Downloads
