Hemophilus ducreyi infection resembling granuloma inguinale

A case of Hemophilus ducreyi infection clinically resembling granuloma inguinale is reported. Culture of the causative organism permitted a definitive diagnosis to be made. Combined treatment with tetracycline and sulphamethizole/trimethoprim rapidly cleared the infection.Downloads
