Abstract

Four patients developed hair loss, depigmentation of hair, ichthyosis, and blepharoconjunctivitis during treatment with large doses of dixyrazine (Esucos, UCB, Belgium). The hair, skin, and eyes returned to normal within 2 months of withdrawal of dixyrazine, without any other treatment.
