OBJECTIVE: To examine the measurement properties of the Chronic Pain Acceptance Questionnaire Revised (CPAQ-R) and its subscales with people with knee osteoarthritis using Rasch analysis. DESIGN: Cross-sectional questionnaire study. PATIENTS: A total of 176 participants with radiographic evidence of osteoarthritis of the knee, as identified by a Kellgren-Lawrence grade ≥ 2, and pain on most days for at least the past month.
