This is a report of 2 patients with pigmented purpuric dermatosis treated successfully with Psoralen photochemotherapy (PUVA). Treatment for pigmented purpuric dermatosis is generally unsatisfactory, and we believe this to be the first report of successful response of this condition to PUVA.Downloads
